Ordinance number one, an ordinance appropriating the revenues, expenditures, expenses, and inter-fund transfers for the General Services District Fund, the Tenant Relocation Fund, the General Services District Fund, the Police Confiscated Federal Fund, the Police Confiscated State Fund, the Public Safety Fund, the Spay and Neuter Fund, the Municipal and Program Fund, the County Road Aid Fund, the Miscellaneous Special Revenue Fund, the Sanitary Sewer Revenue and Operating Fund, the Sanitary Sewer Construction Fund, the Water Quality Management Fund, the Landfill Fund, the Right-of-Way Program Fund, the City Employees Pension Fund, the Policemen's and Firefighters Retirement Fund of the Lexington-Fayette-Urban County Government, the Extended School Program Fund, the Prisoner's Account Fund, the Enhanced 911 Fund, the LexVan Program Fund, the Lexington-Fayette-Urban County Government Public Facilities Corporation General Fund, the Lexington-Fayette-Urban County Government Public Facilities Corporation Parks Projects Fund, the Lexington-Fayette-Urban County Government Public Parking Corporation Fund, the Lexington-Fayette-Urban County Government Public Library Corporation Fund, the Medical Insurance Fund, the Property and Casualty Claims Fund, and the FY2011 Bond Projects Fund on a divisional level by four control levels for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2011 for the Lexington-Fayette-Urban County Government and its agencies and instrumentalities, approving and adopting the Capital Improvement Program for fiscal years FY2011 through FY2016 as a portion of the fiscal year 2011 Annual Capital Improvements Budget, approving funding for the Lexington-Fayette-Urban County Tourist and Convention Commission from the transient room tax, set funding to equal 99.5% of the revenue from the tax, and suspending the Economic Contingency Ordinance No. 78-2006 to not require deposits and to allow for withdrawals. Mayor, I had not intended to make my motion except that now that the June 15th, if I understand the June 15th Neighborhood Development Funds just got added to today's docket. Is that correct? Yes. I am sorry, Council Member. What we are doing is transferring this money over to the Parks Department. So this NDF fund will be approved at our meeting. This is just transferring it from one line item to another, essentially so they can use that money to replace the equipment that is broken. So, Mayor, I have on the June 15th Neighborhood Development Funds, I have an amendment, so I need to know if I should make that motion now since it has been brought up. I was going to wait until later because I thought it was going on Thursday's docket. Well, my understanding is if Council Member Lane's motion is approved. Okay. I may be able to explain. Council Member Lane's NDF request had a budget amendment that went with it. So in order to get two readings this fiscal year, it had to be walked on today. The rest of your NDFs don't have that same requirement. So they could be given two readings on Thursday night. I appreciate your clarification. No problem. All right. Before you get away, Ms. McGee, if you would come back, I think there is another question. Council Member Crosby. Council Member Lawless had some changes to hers. So would those need to be made at this point, too? We can make those changes at work session because those items aren't on the docket for this Council meeting. Okay. I just wanted to clarify.
