I think that leaves one item for discussion, which is Plan 2014-1L. It's on page 1, Eastland Shopping Center Lot 4 that the staff will present to us. Good afternoon. This is Plan 2014-1F, an amended final record plat for Eastland Shopping Center, Lot 4, located at 1311 Winchester Road. This lot is located along Winchester Road and Murray Drive. It is, as you can see from the aerial, it is located next to the existing Rite Aid Pharmacy, and it is right along Winchester Road. Diagonally across the interchange would be Paul Miller Ford. This is Eastland Shopping Center. The purpose of this amended plat is to subdivide the one lot into two lots. your subdivision committee had recommended approval subject to the following conditions urban county engineering, traffic engineering, building inspection addressing office the addition of the necessary utility streetlight easements complete, we ask that they complete the vicinity map information the correction to note number 7 denote the adjacent property using the dashed lines. This is a standard convention with Platts. Denote the Winchester Road right-of-way and cross-section cut here approximately. Denote the address on the lot. Denote a listing of private utility providers. Correct the LFUCG engineer certification. It's simply the wrong verbiage. That's an easy correction. and denote that there will be no access from this lot directly to Winchester Road. We'd also like to address a question that arose at your subdivision committee meeting last week, being that this lot is definitely part of the DP for Eastland Shopping Center, which is a development plan that covers a huge area bordered by Industry Road, Eastland Parkway, winchester road so it is definitely part of this development plan this dp which dates from 2007 and is now expired uh was to was depicting a zaxby's restaurant we've been informed by the applicant that was never that was never done the owner never took action on that and it did expire that was his plan a okay this represents plan B they have an opportunity to move the lot okay to sell the lot and for that reason they are subdividing this lot should they ever wish to take action on this they would either need to reapprove this development plan or file a new amendment to the development plan but that is the reasoning that's a the motivation behind the subdivision of this lot okay at this time we'll take your questions and comments any questions anything from the applicant you're happy okay so Dave this is just clarification that there wasn't was an existing DP and as you said now that is correct that is correct sir we wanted to clarify that from last week's subdivision meeting. Okay. I presume there's no one else in the audience that wishes to speak on this. So if there's no other questions, I'll entertain a motion. Mr. Chair. Yes. Move. I started to say postponement wrong. No, no, no. Move approval of plan 2014-1F Eastland Shopping Center. Second. Thank you. Motion's been made seconded for approval of DP 2014-1F. If there's no further discussion, please vote when it comes up. The motion passes. Thank you. Thank you both. Thank you for coming. We do have a remaining item. Before you, you've got the release and call of bonds memorandum dated January 16, 2014 that we need to act upon. Mr. Chair. Yes, sir. Move approval of the release and call of bonds. Do we have a second? Motion's been made and seconded for the release and call of bonds dated January 16, 2014. Please vote when he comes up on the screen. That motion passes. Thank you. So we will be sending out some information to you tomorrow in advance of that meeting and hope you have a chance to look at it so that everybody comes Thursday ready to really make some progress on some of those items. Thank you, Mr. King. I would echo that. You will have a little bit of homework, it sounds like. The recreational ZODA has already been sent to you, and please take a look at it. And Tracy's asking to get any information back to her prior to the meeting so that she can compile them and hopefully speed the process along, so to speak. Any other staff items, audience items?
