Richard has undertaken some new duties in Frankfurt, and I'm very pleased for the Commonwealth of Kentucky that he will have the opportunity to serve at the state level now. But rest assured, those of us who have had the opportunity to work with Richard in the past will certainly miss the opportunity to work with him in the future because he was a delightful person with whom to serve. He vigorously represented the interests of his constituency and his his smiles and the energy he brought to serving on the council will certainly be missed. However, we have someone who's going to bring a lot of that same energy, a lot of that same dedication to representing the interests of the constituents of the 11th Council District to replace Richard. And it is a pleasure for me now to ask Peggy Henson if she would come to the podium. It is a pleasure for me, Peggy, to present you with your appointment as a member of the City Urban County Council.
