Okay, we're ready to call the meeting to order. Welcome everybody in this great month of December. Everybody ready for Christmas and all? Got all the shopping done? Good, good. That's great. We have a fairly short agenda, as you all can see today. The only thing on the open session is our meeting dates for next year. You should have a, well, we do need to approve the minutes. I'm jumping ahead of that even. I do need a motion on the minutes for this last meeting. It should be in your packet. Okay, we have a motion in a second, so she'll pop it up there. The minutes of Farm 27. Okay, the minutes have all passed. Actually, okay, we do have one correction that Dee Dee brought to our attention. Good enough, Dee Dee. I know. Under New Business, Letter A, Farm 27, 2002, we need to change down under Board Action. The last sentence says Zach Davis abstained. We actually need to say Zach Davis disqualified. Yeah, it's legal. Who made the motion? Okay. Healy made the motion. Okay. Healy made the motion. Deedee made the second to accept the minutes as amended. All in favor say aye. Opposed? It's unanimous. Okay. The new business item is 2018 meeting dates. You all have a copy, I believe. Okay. There's not a copy of them, actually. I have those. They're the ones I sent out in the email. It's January, so we were talking about moving to Wednesdays instead of Mondays. Sometimes that's easier for us internally because oftentimes Tracy has planning nearly every Thursday and Board of Adjustment on some Fridays, so Mondays can be difficult for us all to get together. So we're looking at Wednesdays. We could do 3 p.m. We could stick with that, which I know is easier for a lot of people with work. There are meetings in here at 5, so we would have to be out in two hours was my only concern. Now, we've been right back. Okay, do you all want to stick with three? Okay. And lately we've been quicker, but I know in the past sometimes we've had longer meetings. But we could do 3 o'clock on Wednesdays if that's good for you all. Okay, all right. And so those dates are January 31st, March 28th, May 23rd, August 22nd, October 17th, and December 12th. And then if we need to call a special meeting for anything, we can always do that as well. 28th. Yeah, you all should have that in an email. So we just need a motion. Okay, we need a motion on meeting day. Just go ahead and electronically vote there. Okay, we've got Marianne and Dawn. Motion seconds so everyone can vote when it comes up. Okay, that is unanimous as well. That is all the business we have for open session today until we come out of closed session. We don't have any public here, so there's no reason to stick around any longer. So we'll entertain a motion to go into closed session. I think we have to vote on it going in, yes. The motion reads in your sheet, Pursuitant to KRS 61810-1B to discuss potential acquisition of real property interests and public discussion of which is likely to affect the value. We have a motion from Don Robinson, a second from Phillip. And that is also unanimous. So we are now in closed session. Okay, we're now back in open session. Entertain a motion to authorize the initial rankings as discussed in closed session. That should come up on your board. Right. Well, we got that on one side. The other side has a different. Yeah. Yeah, we need to make sure that while we have this pre-typed in here that include all eligible farms on the federal application, it's not part of this motion. Only the first. I don't know if she can change it or not. Yes, she said she can. Well, we're going to have that presented next time. Remember, she's going to give us examples. Okay, we have the right motion there now in front of you. Okay, that motion carries unanimously. and there is no further business so I need a motion to adjourn. Motion from Zach. Second from Healy. All in favor say aye. Opposed? Motion carries. We are adjourned. Thank you.
