## 304 Transylvania Park: Refresh gravel parking and install landscape timber perim

The board reviewed an application for property improvements at 304 Transylvania Park, specifically to refresh the existing gravel parking area and install a landscape timber perimeter.

Patrick Perryman served as the key speaker for this agenda item, presenting the proposal to the board. The applicant expressed agreement with the findings outlined in the staff report, indicating alignment between the proposed work and the board's guidelines and requirements. No significant concerns or objections were raised during the discussion regarding the scope or nature of the proposed improvements.
