Good afternoon. I would like to welcome you to the April 23, 2008 public hearing of the Board of Directors Review. We appreciate all of you who are in attendance this afternoon. The board was established by a zoning ordinance in 1958. Our first historic district was Gratz Park. We now have a total of 14 historic districts. The board, which is appointed by the mayor and confirmed by the Urban County Council, is part of the Division of Historic Preservation. This afternoon, we have three of the members of the Board of Directors Review who are here. I'm Clyde Carpenter. I'm currently the chair of the board. I would like for the other four members to introduce themselves. Terry Heinlein. Eric Wingfield. We also have members of the Office of Historic Preservation staff who are here this afternoon. Some of them will be participating in the meeting. As I said, the board is part of the Office of Historic Preservation. That office maintains a full-time staff and we suggest that applicants use that office as a resource. They are ready to assist you with your projects. The Historic Preservation office is located at 101 East Vine Street in room 220. It is our procedure to consider applications in the order in which they are listed on our agenda. In each case, we will have a presentation by the staff and we'll hear any additional comments from the applicant. The board will then ask questions or make comments regarding the application and then we will hear comments from anyone who is in the audience who would like to speak about a particular application. The chair will then ask the board members to enter a motion. If you are here this afternoon and you wish to speak to the board, we would ask that you come forward to the front to use the microphone and we would also ask that you sign in the sign-in sheet which is back in the corner by the entrance so we can have the information correctly recorded in our records. I would like to note the following staff approvals before we begin our review of applications. There are 11 staff approvals this afternoon. There are certain items that the staff can't approve, eliminating the necessity for all applicants to appear before the board. So for the record, in Aylesford History District, 238 Arlington Avenue, repair storm damage. There are two approvals in Belcourt, 258 Belle Place, rebuild and repoint chimney and in Belcourt, 625 Greensboro Avenue, repair for painting. In Fayette Park, 423 Fayette Park, repair masonry. In Gratz Park, 201 North Mill Street, renovate the windows. In Millbury Hill, 371 North Limestone, remove deteriorated trees. In the north side, two approvals, 467 West 2nd Street, renovate the structure and 427 West 6th Street, replace the roof. In South Hill, 346 South Upper Street, rebuild chimney and replace the front porch. In Western Suburb History District, 632 West Short Street, install a curb. And in Woodward Heights, 852 West High Street, renovate the site. So these projects have already been approved by the staff. The applicants already have their certificates of occupancy and hopefully are proceeding with their work. This afternoon we have some items on the agenda in which the staff has recommended approval, our approval with conditions. We will go down the agenda, we'll sound the agenda to see if we can dispose of the cases which are more straightforward. So the very first item on our agenda this afternoon, which is in the Cadentown History District, 3081 Codds Road, the application is to replace the windows. Is that applicant present?
