Now, moving on to save time, I just will say quickly that Beth and I have been working on the next on the agenda for our reports. we have been working on, and I'll give her my report, and she can put it in the minutes. We do have, we've been meeting with what we have been calling the stakeholders. The Bluegrass Trust and the Farm Bureau and the Fayette County Neighborhood Council and the Alliance, we are going to try to meet on at least once a month the directors and the heads of those organizations at least once a month to try to coordinate our efforts about what we're doing and what to encourage and educating one another about that. And so far it's been very successful. And I wanted to say that I was really delighted that everybody was willing to do that. And the tenant home issue that has been brought to us, we've gone to the council. We told you that last time. And Beth and I went on to the planning commission, and Headley was there, and that's in progress. So hopefully they'll be getting some drafts within the next month, and we're moving on that. And Beth and I have had, we're having rural land management questions, and it is one of the reasons that it's important we try to come is because every time it looks like we're going to have things we're going to be voting on. Anything else we need to tell them? Oh, we did go to the neighborhoods in transition. Beth made a great presentation, and we were there to answer questions. They did have a lot, and it's back to what Jennifer just said. It's going to take a lot educating the public about what this program really is, that we're not in competition, and that our area out there is not just green space, that it is a working economic development so important to this community.
