I made a promise to a couple people that I'd do a shout out to them. I want to first of all thank the first responders for their hard work for the last couple months and the solid waste guys. But one group I really want to commend is Seward. They're on the clock 24 hours a day, and they're really out there working hard every day for us. And I want to give them a shout out because a lot of people don't know that they're on the clock 24 hours a day. So especially from West Hickman to East Hickman, they're always there and keeping us going. Another announcement, I'm going to come out, and I want to go ahead and say it's not just three and four. I was going to vote against 3 and 4 if we had a second reading. It's not because of the project of what you all done a tremendous job. It's just because of the bond. And listen to what's going to happen and possibly in November. We have no idea what's going to happen in November, October. But I got a lot of people say that it's going to peak then. I just think we need to go back and reallocate our bond and use them for essential service. because I think we can come back later in a year or two to these other projects like that you're looking at. Maybe we won't have to spend the bond. We can come back. But to me, we're going in areas that we really don't know what's going to happen in this. We've been blessed to have just one or two or three a day here. But I just got a bad feeling that the worst is yet to come and it's going to be there. We need to do whatever we can to put all our money aside and be especially the bonds that we've done and be sure we have them for central service. And if after next year and it doesn't happen, we can come back and do these projects. So I'm going to vote against three and four next week to give you a heads up, but also maybe voting on the other ones down the road. We have got to regroup and find out what direction we really want to do. So I want to give everybody a heads up. Thank you, Mayor. Thank you very much. I would just follow thank you mayor very much and all for participating and I agree with especially the first part of everything that council member Maloney said thanking everyone and and accolading them I think when you come to the bond stuff we might need to spend time with either the bond council or or some parts of of the folks who regulate that I'm not sure we can dis allocate that and move it somewhere else that easily I understand the point you're trying to make though and I think we'll all have to play through some some tight innings before we get all this kind of squared away and certainly the budget will play a big big role in that. I had asked for a point of personal privilege because of our style of meeting and the historical nature of it and the happenstance fact that this meeting falls on the same day as my wife's birthday.
