And the first thing I will do is read our statement, which says, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, local state of emergency and Governor Beshear's executive orders regarding social distancing, this meeting of the Urban County Council is being held via video teleconference. pursuant to Senate Bill 150 as signed by the governor on March 30th, 2020, and Attorney General Opinion 20-05, and in accordance with KRS 61.826, because it is not feasible to offer a primary physical location for this meeting. The License Fair Urban County Government and its agencies and instrumentalities, approving and adopting the capital improvement program for fiscal year 2021 through 2026, and a portion of the fiscal year 2021 annual capital improvement budget and approving funding for the License Fair Urban County Tourist and Convention Commission from a transient room tax to spread funding to equal 99.5% of the revenue from the tax, the spending at operation in full or in part of certain ordinances and resolutions related to funding, placing certain contingencies on the use of the extended social resources program fund, and placing certain contingencies on the use of the local small business economic stimulus package fund 1144 funds.
