I want to give the reason what my vote will be. As you know, I follow this budge. I appreciate what the administration put together and I supported most of it. I had some problems with stabilization money that I felt it was confusion and what the intent was that mop I was to be for the pension and to have that money 26 million, I didn't feel it was in the right place to put in. I was going to voice my opinion many times. I think my colleague bringing it to my attention. As -- I also want to commend one of my other colleagues bringing up to the example when we do a budget, we use general funds and take it all the way down to a certain number like 1.5 million. Even though we did 800,000 last year. I don't feel we're nt 0 right track. When you leave 20 million worth of general fund money and additional 13, 14 million in stabilization, I just don't -- I don't feel very comfortable when we did that move and after the mayor presented her budget and then my colleagues, some of my colleagues added some new positions on and my history and being on this council, there are times I have voted gep the budget because no one could show me how we were going to pay for these new employees m I want to go on record the reason why I will be voting again this budget today. Let the people, the residents of lexington -- where it is that I will not support this motion. Mayor, I did support -- I would have support you adding on these other, I cannot support this budget.
