And it looks like we have

everybody present here that is

on the board.

So first item of business is

approval of the AUGUST 18th,

2021 minutes. >> I move to approve the AUGUST

the meeting minutes.

The second item on our agenda is

to adopt the 2022 meeting and

filing schedule.

>> can I share the schedule on my screen, that way we can have

it on tv for anyone who happens to be watching.

You all should have received it and I think have all agreed that

thieses dates will work. So we'll go ahead and throw that

up there. >> will these be live meetings

or zoom meetings. >> these will be in person meetings.

I will be out of town for the february meeting.

Is there a way I could zoom in

or just call in on the phone? >> unfortunately I don't think

we're set up for hybrid meetings at this time.

So I would say it's unlikely

We have a wedding to go to and

it's a real close family friend, so we will be gone really for

several days for that one.

But other than that rest are fine with me.

like last thing is our next meeting date which is the one we

200 east main street, lexington, kentucky, I don't think we need

But that's our next meeting.

And I guess if there is nothing

I know at the last meeting I

think we had one and it was on -- it was fairly significant,

one was the artwork over on

short street which was a -- everybody was going to go on

with that.

But do you normally have very many applications?

Or is it something that is low volume.

>> it is generally fairly low volume.

We hold these meetings quarterly

but they frequently are skipped.

Because we don't have applications.

And occasionally we will have staff approval items that we

handle in house that don't

require the board's full review. So if we have those we just

update you at the next time that you all meet as a group.

But yeah I would say it is

definitely not a high volume.
