## Full transcript

To bring the November 13th meeting to order. Unfortunately, we are unable to conduct the meeting since we don't have a quorum present. So I propose that we close the meeting. I haven't got anybody to second it. I declare the meeting closed. Thank you, sir. Thank you. I'm going to put these. We haven't said it. We don't really know where they're postponing. I mean, we don't know what they're going to put. It's tentatively set for next Thursday, 20th at 9 a.m. But we'll make it up. You'll get an email. Thank you so much for your time. Unfortunately, I mean, it had to be counted.
