Thank you. We are on air. Thank you. Hello, welcome everybody. This is the November 30th courthouse area design review board meeting. We would like to call to order this meeting. For attendance today, Miss Ware is absent as well as Miss Halfway. And should we call attendance or we'll just assume Does everybody have to go around and see? I don't think we have to call it since we're all on camera, I think. Okay. Okay. That's fine. So the next order of business is to approve the meeting minutes from August. And so I guess we wondered if there was any discussion that should be had, if everybody had a chance to review that. No discussion. I move to approve the minutes from August. Second. Okay, so the August meeting minutes have been approved. And we're moving to the next agenda item. Currently at this time, we have, we do not have any new applications. Correct, Autumn? That is correct. Okay. Let me just... and then I'm going to go back to the agenda. So the next order of business is that we would like to review the 2023 meeting and filing schedule. We'd like to adopt that. Do we typically show that on screen? I can show my screen real quick. I've got it pulled up here. All right. Are you able to see the 2023 meeting dates? Yes. So the only difference, I think, from this year in this sort of scheme is that we are holding the November meeting prior to Thanksgiving instead of the week after. That had been how it had been done historically to kind of match up with the other quarterly dates a little bit better. But there was one year that it fell the same week as Thanksgiving, and then we sort of ended up being later. so we're shifting it back a bit. So I would, yeah, do we have any motions to accept this? I move to approve the 2023 meeting dates as listed. Do we have anyone to second that motion? I'll second. Okay, great. Thank you so much. So there are no postponements or withdrawals at this time. And there's no applications for authorization permits. And so the next. Take a vote on the calendar. I mean, you had the motion, but just the three of y'all. Okay. I vote to approve. Approve. Aye. Okay. Okay. So then. We would like to announce that the next meeting is going to be scheduled for February 15, 2023 at 2 p.m. in the council chambers. So this will be an in-person meeting. Is that correct, Autumn? I think that that is not correct. Based on, yes, based on our schedule that we just approved, that was for video teleconference to continue, unless the board decides to have an in-person meeting for some particular reason. If there happened to be a, you know, particularly high profile application or something like that, where we expected a lot of public comment, you all would have the option to request that that meeting be in person but um the meeting schedule that we're adopting is for video teleconference um be the regular means so we'll have to change that but yeah okay um do we need to vote on that or um we'll just keep that as is Okay. So then if there's no further business, are there any other agenda items that we need to discuss, then we would like to declare the meeting adjourned. So we'll need a motion for that motion to adjourn the meeting. Second. All in favor? Aye. I think we just set a record for maybe the shortest meeting ever about anything. Thank you. We'll be right back. Edgers will look at you like you've lost your mind Say they haven't seen a thing But I know she's been here lately I can still smell her perfume Yeah, she gets crazy on the full moon It's kind of like I lost the sound in a border town Ask about a diamond ring They do look at you like you've lost your mind Say they haven't seen a thing But I know she's been here lately I know she's been here lately Thank you. I need a lover to give me The kind of love that lasts always I need somebody I'm lifting To take me away, baby Oh yeah, yeah I want a lover who knows me Who understands how I feel inside Someone to comfort and hold me Through the long lonely nights To the dawn Why don't you take me away Free lover come rescue me Take me home, take me down Take me anywhere you want to baby now I need you so desperately Won't you please come around Cause I wanna share forever with you baby When you look back I don't wanna learn how to turn down To disillusion me one more time Whispering words of forever Playing with my mind No, no, no, no, no, no, no, baby I need someone to hold on to The kind of love that will fly away I just want someone to belong to Every day of my life, always So come and take me away Dream of a car, rest in the day Take me out, take me down Take me any way you want to, baby, now I need you so desperately Won't you please come around Cause I want you forever, baby Yeah Yeah Yeah Yeah Yeah Yeah What does the word comprehensive mean to you? To urban planners, comprehensive describes the interrelated nature of our physical environment and the collective vision of the community, all of which is woven into what we call the comprehensive plan. In Lexington, our 2018 comprehensive plan is called Imagine Lexington, and now, just a few years later, the city is again asking the community to imagine a future that serves us all. This plan represents a shared vision for community values, goals, and experiences by providing a flexible yet focused framework to ensure equitable development of our community's resources, and infrastructure, all with the goal of enhancing our quality of life and fostering regional planning and economic development. Most importantly, the comprehensive plan and the process we undergo to create it gives you, the community, a chance to listen and speak on things that help.
