So with that said, I would like to call the January 17th, 2023 meeting of the Environmental Quality and Public Works Committee to order. Just a quick reminder that council members who are not in this committee can sit and participate but not vote on any items. And as always, sign in to speak and I'll call people in order. We only have one item of business for this meeting, which is to elect a committee chair. You may nominate yourself or someone else to serve as chair of this committee. And at this time, I will open the floor for nominations for chair. Council member Legree. Thank you, Chair. I move to nominate council member Sheehan as chair of the Environmental Quality and Public Works Committee. So moved.
