And we'll start off first with matters requiring board action. And that's the treasurer's report is first. Good morning. You should have in your packet various financial reports as well as the letter of transmittal. I do want to point out that you've got the manager's mix. I think yesterday, at the very top on there, you see where we have now had a purchase into LaSalle 5.6 million. Um, they do it every quarter. And what will happen the beginning of July is we're going to put in, according to Callen, another 21 million to start moving the money into LaSalle from J. P. Morgan. So I just wanted to point that out on your manager's mix is there now, so we will start moving the money over. It will take a while. Like I say, it's once every three months is how often we can buy into the fund. How much have we put in there so far? At the top, you'll see 5.6 million. That was our first. Yeah, that's our first purchase. So they do it. You know, you can't just buy in every day. You have to wait till their purchase window. And then, of course, J. P. Morgan's liquidation window open and close as a really Monday Monday evening. Believe it or not, I didn't, I never worked under him, but he was a person that was always there. Um, told some of the worst jokes I ever, I can ever remember. They were so bad you had to laugh. Um, quite a singer. I don't know if you've ever heard him sing, but he was pretty good. Uh, and all that. But, uh, wonderful guy. Always pleasant. Um, just started to see him go. Thank you. Mr. Chief. Um, I want to take opportunity to thank all those individuals that are retiring, whether it's based on disability or service time and, um, on behalf of the fire department, the police department and the mayor who couldn't make it here with us today. Thank you very much for all your service and your dedication to this city and the citizens there in, um, the work that you've done here, whether it's for one year or 30 years, will always resonate with the individuals that you provided service to. And we just want to say thank you. And, uh, on Captain Rupert, I think he's about the only person that you couldn't call a rookie at one time or another. So, so, um, outstanding gentleman. Always thought of the world of him. He did his service both, both in the police department and with our parks and rec folks for years and years and years and a true public servant. But that's not to take away from all these other other individuals that provided their time and efforts to our city as well. So thank you. Anybody else? I also had the pleasure of knowing and working with a little bit. Uh, Captain Rupert met him in, uh, 1409 Forbes Road a century ago. Uh, I never ever, whether it was in an administrative capacity or, uh, where we were working alongside the police at some type of scene, saw him in a disagreeable fashion. One of the nicest guys you could ever hope to run into and, um, got to hear him saying a number of times. He's, he's, he was quite a singer. He will be missed most definitely. Any other comments? Uh, I'd like, I'd like to comment for Jarvis, David, Scott and Catherine. Uh, thank you all for your service. Uh, I've had the pleasure to work with all all of them. And I don't know. I don't want to say it was a pleasure, but it wasn't a displeasure. I had a chance to talk to him about leaving. Uh, all of them were reluctant to leave and had their own reasons for leaving. But they all wish they could stay. And that's just a testament to the dedicated people that they are. As far as, uh, Captain Rupert, I did have the honor to work with him when I, uh, when I was a rookie, um, at Maxwell and Marino, he was my first captain. Um, and I had to endure the joke, sir. Um, he was a fabulous singer. He was a part of a quartet. And I remember every christmas season, they would come to police headquarters and go to every floor and sing. And I think they went over to the government center to do that too. He, uh, stayed in service with the city for a long time. He worked for the parks department and I got to work with him then. Um, he's an outstanding gentleman. Uh, always, always positive and he will be missed. Thank you. Chief. Mr Puckett. Uh, there was an officer that did not retire from here. Um, thomas more. He, he worked for the department. I believe it was 19 years. I had the pleasure of working with him. He just passed. And uh, thomas was a very quiet individual, very, very steady, always going to be there and all that. Absolutely. One of the nicest, well mannered gentleman that you will ever meet. And uh, for his family, everything I want to, my condolences uh, on the loss. And uh, unfortunately he uh, he left and went to uh, other opportunities and uh, and did not retire here. But 19 years is a long time to work here though. Sorry. I want to thank you for bringing that up. Um, I work with thomas more on several occasions on quite a few special assignments and uh, above all, he taught me the importance of patience and tolerance and discipline. I mean, he was, I mean, if we went into anything, any scene that was volatile or anything like that, he could calm it down in a minute. And um, he was a great police officer, well respected and my condolences to his family as well. Do we have any other comments next on the agenda? Our subcommittee updates.
