Good afternoon. Today is July 3rd and this is the meeting of the Zoning Committee. We have a relatively light agenda today. Do we have anything that needs to be heard on either item A or B or C? So just we'll provide a really quick update. Anderson Campus is supposed to be heard at the end of the month. We've had some internal meetings and so we anticipate meeting with the applicant so we should have some new information at the end of the month. RD Property Group, the second one, they are going to submit a new development plan that does not require a variance. So it'll be two approval recommendations that will be heard next week. And the third item on the block, LLC, they had a deed issue. They told us today that they've fixed the issue so once we get that in hand they can move forward and they're slated for next week. And that's all I got to say. Thank you, Daniel. Do we have any questions for staff? And do we have any other items from staff? We do have, just to give you all a heads up, a couple of Zoning Ordinance text amendments coming down the pipe that will get you some language on. One to deal with, I guess, one is for manufactured homes. There's been a state law that has impacted where those can be located. And then we will also, we need to, not so much dealing with you all, but update our subregs to address the House Bill 443 changes. All right. Well, if we don't have anything else, without objection, we are adjourned.
