Today is January 8th and this is the meeting of the Lexinfayet Urban County Government's Planning Commission's Zoning Committee. We should have a brief time today. Our first item on the agenda, Daniel would that be PLN MAR 2515? So we've got a couple couple different things just to go through here real quick. Item A, item B, and item D are postponed items that we do not have a new update for. That legacy trail or specifically item B legacy trail LLC you all got sent a updated staff report. The applicant upon receipt of that has opted to postpone another month so that was really the main thing to talk about today. We do have representatives for item C on the agenda that's the daily homes LLC rezoning. I believe they wanted to give an update on some of the the work that they've been doing. We don't have anything in the way of a new staff report but all other items on the agenda there is not an update for them at this time. So if you wanted to invite the applicant to give their update on item C of the agenda it's really the only thing we have. Okay thank you Daniel. Then we will move to item C PLN MAR 2518 and this is just updated information from the applicant. Good afternoon this is going to be a short meeting. Charlotte McCoy for Daily Homes the applicant. We just wanted to kind of give you a little bit of an update. We got the geotech report back yesterday and there's no evidence of any kind of a sinkhole or issue with the lot. We had and then we've had a neighborhood outreach meeting in November and so I've gotten some community feedback and we'll be doing a little up filing the geotech report and giving an update to all that in the records. But if you had any question Matt's got more details on that. Well I did you said you had some community feedback could you give us an idea what was that the nature of it was? Well sure so Jeremy Young was there with us as well. We did have a neighborhood meeting that was pretty robust and went on for a couple of hours. I think we managed to answer a lot of questions that were asked about the project and of course we had a number of people who were not very excited about having a project at all in their area. So you know that that was a short summary of it. Okay do we have any questions for Mrs. McCoy or Mr. Carter? Seeing none thank you for the update we really appreciate it. No and just a didn't wasn't previously mentioned onto the zoning text amendments the applicant is still working through language on that. So with respect to the the application that we were just discussing a moment ago right now the staff recommendation is for the postponement and so if the applicant has between now and the end of the month to provide new information so anything from there but really that the first kind of threshold issue was how to adjust the geotechnical.
