Thank you very much. And this is the meeting of the Lexington Urban County Government's Planning Commission Zoning Items. Our first item on the agenda today is the approval of the January 29th, 2026 minutes. Those were circulated. Do we have any revisions to those minutes? If not, the floor is open for a motion. Mr. Chair, I'll move for approval of the minutes from January 29, 2026. Second. Thank you, that was a motion from Mr. Owens, second from Commissioner Jonathan Davis. Is there any discussion? Seeing none, we will take that to a vote, please. Okay, that carries unanimously, thank you. Next item, postponements and withdrawals. Mr. Nicholson. Good afternoon, Nick Nicholson here on behalf of Ball Homes on page two, item one of your all's agenda, MAR 25-15. We would ask for another month postponement until the March 26th meeting, we are still working through topographical issues, trying to figure out a plan. Once we do finally get a plan, I think we're going to run it back through committees. In order to make sure everybody's comfortable, we've been communicating with the neighborhood attorney as well. But we would ask for another month of postponement until March 26th. Okay, thank you, Nick. Do we have any questions for the applicant? Mr. Chair? Yes, sir. If I may, please. Mr. Nicholson, curious, this thing's been floating here for some time. Any chance for an indefinite postponement on this? I usually do those, I like them, I'm not going to lie. If I'm back here next month, I will be postponing indefinitely, if not withdrawing. Okay, thank you. I can guarantee that. Okay. Okay. Yes, sir, Mr. Wilson. As per the, I'm ready for a motion. Certainly. As per the applicant's request, move to postpone PLNMAR 25-15 Ball Homes Incorporated until March the 26th. All right, thank you, Mr. Wilson. That was a motion from Mr. Wilson, second from Commissioner Judy Worth. Do we have any discussion? Seeing none, this is to March 26th. We will take a vote. Okay, that also carries unanimously. Thank you, and I will convey your message to my client. All righty, do we have any other postponements? Yes, good afternoon. This is Lauren Nichols with Dentons. And on page four, item two, we have the Ken Littrell map amendment request and clean sweep car wash. This is being postponed because we weren't able to get in front of technical review committee because of the snowstorm. We have been in front of technical review committee at this point. It was approved yesterday. We would ask for a two week postponement if possible. March 12th. Thank you, and that would take us to March 12th? Yes. All righty. Okay, do we have any questions for the applicant? If not, floor's open, Mr. Forrester, for two week. Yes, Mr. Chair. All right, a motion for a two week postponement for PLNMAR-26-1, and PLNMJDP26-3, a two week postponement. Thank you, Mr. Forrester. Do we have a second to that motion? Okay, Commissioner Mickler, thank you. All right, if there's no discussion on that postponement, I promise, we will put that to a vote. All right, and that also carries unanimously. Thank you. I do have one more postponement. Sure. When I was here last month, Brandon indicated that we may need two months for the CalGil, which is on page four, item C1. The PLNZOTA246 for CalGil development. We do need an extra month on that, unfortunately. We're still trying to finalize the language with the shareholders and make sure everybody's on the same page. Okay, so that would take us to March 26th? Yes. All righty. Okay, do we have any questions for the applicant on that request? If not, floor's open. Mr. Jonathan Davis. Per applicant regarding PLNZOTA24-6, applicant requests a one month postponement to March 26th. Second. Okay, so there's a motion from Commissioner Jonathan Davis, second from Commissioner Molly Davis. Who's on the board now? Who's what now? Yes. I guess in fairness, Ms. Nichols, I'll ask you the same question that Mr. Johnson's asked previously, if in a month you don't believe it's there yet, would you consider an indefinite postponement? I would actually have to defer to Brandon on that one. This is his, I'm just covering for him today. My understanding is it's very close to the finish line, and we do expect to go back through the committees and re-go through the process anyway. Sure, okay, thank you very much. And I guess if the same sentiment that Nick expressed, just that could be communicated to them as a consideration. Just one other thing as it relates to parliamentary procedure. If you don't want to postpone indefinitely, you can postpone definitely with a date. So if they have a specific date that they'd like to deal with, you could do it that way, too. Thank you, Mr. Wilson. So we had a motion from Commissioner Jonathan Davis, second from Commissioner Molly Davis. Any discussion to that motion? If not, we'll take a vote. Okay, that carries unanimously as well. Thank you. All right. Have a good day. Now, I believe, unless I'm missing something, that takes us to the end of our agenda. Do any commissioners have anything for the commission today? If not. Oh, Bill. You've got a second to that on three or four fronts. Okay, if we don't have any commissioner items, Mr. Duncan. Good show, Mr. Chair. The next meeting of the planning commission is Thursday, March the 5th, for the committees at 830 and 130 in the Phoenix building, third floor. We'll see you all then. Thank you. Thank you, Mr. Duncan. And I will direct Mr. Forrester's attention to the clock. Seven minutes. Not bad. Not bad. All right. Without objection, without anything further, we are adjourned. Thank you very much.
