Budget and Financial Actions

The meeting included approval of three significant financial actions:

Salt Storage Facility Contract Resolution 29 authorized a contract with Clearspan Fabric Structures International, Inc. for a salt storage facility in the amount of $123,045.

Phoenix Building Roof Replacement Resolution 32 approved a contract with Kalkreuth Roofing and Sheet Metal for roof replacement of the Phoenix Building, totaling $163,982.

Fiscal Year 2013 Paving Program Resolution 58 appropriated $1,380,023.54 for the paving schedule for Fiscal Year 2013 to be carried out by LM Asphalt Partners.

Public Comment
