Farmer moved to pass an ordinance amending certain budgets of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, seconded by Ellinger. The motion passed by roll call vote with 14 ayes and 0 nays.

Plomin moved to approve a resolution approving Scott County Fiscal Court Healthcare Revenue Bonds, seconded by Reynolds. The motion passed by roll call vote with 14 ayes and 0 nays.

Richmond Rd. Phase Two Corridor Landscape Project Amendment An amendment to the Richmond Rd. Phase Two Corridor Landscape Project was approved for $31,134 with E.C. Matthews Co., Inc. (Amendment 1110-20).

Versailles Rd. Welcome Sign Project Amendment An amendment to the Versailles Rd. Welcome Sign Project was approved for $16,991 with E.C. Matthews Co., Inc. (Amendment 1121-20).
