Motion 0071-21: Ordinance Rezoning 3621 Walden Dr. from R-3 to R-4 6:00

Council Member Ellinger moved to approve an ordinance changing the zoning designation from R-3 to R-4 for the property at 3621 Walden Dr., seconded by Vice Mayor Kay. The motion passed by roll call vote with 12 ayes and 0 nays.

Budget and Financial Actions
