Ordinance 0024-21: Zoning Change 16:06

Council Member McCurran moved to pass Ordinance 0024-21, which changes the zone from Agricultural Urban to Neighborhood Business and Townhouse Residential, seconded by Council Member Plowman. The ordinance passed by roll call vote with 15 ayes and no nays or abstentions.

Council Member Kloiber moved to pass Resolution 0034-21, authorizing a change order for the Town Branch Commons Corridor Construction Project, seconded by Council Member James Brown. The resolution passed by roll call vote with 14 ayes and 1 nay.

Voting in favor: Mr. McCurden, Ms. Cloman, Ms. Reynolds, Ms. Sheehan, Mr. Worley, Ms. Baxter, Ms. Bledsoe, Mr. Fred Brown, Mr. James Brown, Mr. Ellinger, Vice Mayor Kaye, Mr. Koibert, Ms. Lamb, and Ms. LaGree.

Voting against: Mr. Maloney.

Budget and Financial Actions

The meeting included approval of two contract modifications for Town Branch Commons projects:

Town Branch Commons Project - Resolution 0066-21 authorized a contract modification with AECOM Technical Services, Inc. in the amount of $402,500.

Town Branch Commons Corridor Project - Resolution 0065-21 authorized a contract modification with Gresham Smith in the amount of $127,554.

These modifications totaled $530,054 in additional contract funding for the two related Town Branch Commons initiatives.
